Manual Lymphatic Drainage

The initial consultation and introductory treatment will introduce a comprehensive discussion about your health history to determine what your requirements are and how manual lymphatic drainage will benefit you. The treatment will be for a reduced period of time and will facilitate introduction of this specialised treatment. Support people are welcome.

“A specialised therapy that stimulates the lymphatic system to absorb and transport lymph more effectively which improves tissues health.” (Jacqui Beutel, Lymphatic Therapy, Training and Education). MLD is very light, repetitive, slow and rather soothing.
