Bach Flower Therapy is a form of energy medicine that helps ease stress, address
mild emotional concerns, calm anxious feelings and reduces frustration and anger.
A Bach Flower “Remedy” consists of water that is imprinted with the energetic
vibrations of one of 38 different flowers. Bach Flower Therapy is named after Dr.
Edward Bach, whose research led to its development in England in the 1930’s.
Like other energetic healing modalities, this treatment seeks to create balance in
areas of energetic disruption. Bach Flower Treatment specifically addresses the
emotional body of the energy system. Its purpose is to restore emotional harmony.
The Bach Flower Therapist assesses the needs of a client based on an interview.
The therapist then prepares a unique mixture of Flower Remedies for the client to
take, depending on their needs. Most commonly, the remedy will be adjusted
according to changes that have occurred during the period between meetings.
When the client is feeling their emotions have rebalance the Bach treatment can
be stopped. The Bach remedies are safe, gentle, non-addictive and suitable for
everyone in the family, including during pregnancy and for babies and children,
even animals can benefit.
A treatment bottle lasting up to four weeks is included in the consultation.
